Due Diligence Fee: Main applicant: $10,000, $7,500 for each family member aged 16 or above. Application Form is $250 per set of forms. Passport Fee: $300 per passport.
For the investment in real estate option ($400,000 and $800,000) additional costs are Government Application Fee. It is $50,000 for main applicant, $75,000 for applicant + Spouse, $10,000 for each additional dependent under 18 years old, and $50,000 for each additional dependent over 18 years old.

All applicants 16 years of age and above are now required to undergo an interview, either virtually or in person.

Step 2

Movement

1 Month

Approval and Financial Obligations Upon receiving approval-in-principle from the CIU. Applicant  makes the necessary funds available for real estate investment or donations options, government fees, and any other applicable charges.

Step 3

1 Month

Certificate of Registration and Passport Application. Once the financial obligations are fulfilled, the prime minister of St. Kitts and Nevis signs the certificate of registration, officially granting citizenship status to the applicant. It must be collected in person in St. Kitts and Nevis or at a CIU-designated embassy. With the certificate of registration in hand, the applicant becomes eligible to apply for a St. Kitts and Nevis passport
