For the investment in real estate option ($400,000 and $800,000) additional costs are Government Application Fee. It is $50,000 for main applicant, $75,000 for applicant + Spouse, $10,000 for each additional dependent under 18 years old, and $50,000 for each additional dependent over 18 years old.

Approval and Financial Obligations Upon receiving approval-in-principle from the CIU. Applicant makes the necessary funds available for real estate investment or donations options, government fees, and any other applicable charges.

Certificate of Registration and Passport Application. Once the financial obligations are fulfilled, the prime minister of St. Kitts and Nevis signs the certificate of registration, officially granting citizenship status to the applicant. It must be collected in person in St. Kitts and Nevis or at a CIU-designated embassy.
